Return Policy provides a 30 day window, from the original date of purchase, on returns for refunds on new, unused merchandise purchased on 


General Return

If a general return request is submitted within 30 days of the original date of purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to send the item back to our warehouse, and a restock fee is deducted from the refund total.  The restock fee does not apply if an expedited form of shipping was paid for and applied during the initial checkout/order process.  Examples of a general return are: buyer's remorse, no longer needed/wanted, or accidental orders.

Please note that any form of Expedited Shipping fees that were paid at the time the order was placed, to speed up shipping times, will not be refunded for any reason. Expedited Shipping fees are non-refundable, and only the product cost will be eligible for refund.


Items Damaged In-Transit

If you received an item that was damaged in-transit by the carrier, please contact our customer support team immediately referencing your order number with a description of the damage. pays for the return shipping cost of the damaged item back to our warehouse, and we will provide a full refund or replacement.


Defective Items

If you feel that you received a defective item(s), please contact our customer support team referencing your order and including a description of the issue(s) and a customer support representative will contact you within 24 hours to resolve your defective item request.  Items deemed to be defective that were purchased within the 30 days are eligible for a full refund or a new replacement, and a return label for the defective item(s) will be rendered by  Items that are deemed defective past 30 days from the purchase date are subject to the Limited Warranty Policy (*see Limited Warranty Policy section) and return postage is the responsibility of the requestor.
