In-Stock Merchandise

Is usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days if you choose Standard shipping.  Orders placed with Expedited or Express shipping before 2pm PST will be shipped same day unless the item is being fulfilled at a partner facility.

 

Backorders

If the merchandise you have chosen is currently not in-stock, we will list the estimated back in-stock date or you can email our customer support team for assistance on how to locate more merchandise at other Turcom authorized retailers.

MILITARY/AIR FORCE BASE CUSTOMERS

Items going to these locations may have additional postage or require up to 7-14 business days to be delivered.  APO/AFO addresses are normally shipped via US Postal Service (USPS).

 

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped.  The email will include a carrier tracking number or master tracking number for a multiple item order.
